Cachaca Novo Fogo Barrel Aged

Novo Fogo Barrel-Aged Cachaca is been matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for up to three years before being bottled. Aged in the heat and humidity of Brazil's Atlantic Rainforest, it has sweet, rich notes of banana bread, chocolate, cinnamon and coffee, as well as spicy red peppers and cracked black pepper.
