Widow Jane from a Rye Mash American Oak & Apple Wood

This whiskey from New York ages the distillery's rye in used Bourbon barrels to which staves of oak and apple wood are added. The resulting spirit picks up notes of cinnamon and baked apples in addition to citrus, brown sugar and tropical fruit.
